User Permission Issues
Issue
A staff member can’t see certain objects on the tab navigation bar like Applications, Education History, Admissions Documents, and Test Score. However, other staff members have access to these objects.
Solution
Because the staff member doesn’t see objects that are specific to the Enrollment Rx Core product, it is likely he or she hasn’t been granted an Enrollment Rx license.
Note
We recommend using Salesforce Classic to assign licenses.
To assign licenses for the Enrollment Rx Core managed package:
- Navigate to *Setup > Installed Packages in Salesforce.
- Click Manage Licenses next to the package “Enrollment Rx: Enrollment Rx Core”
- Click Add Users
- Select the box to the left of names of the users who need access to the product.
- Click Add to add the selected users.
- Click Add Users to save changes.
