Assignment Rule Component Error

Issue

An error message like the one below appears when editing an Assignment Rule or Rule Entries.

Solution

Post-installation steps for the 2022 Release 1 version of ERX Core should prevent this issue. However, if you encounter an error like the one pictured above when editing an Assignment Rule or Rule Entry, go to Setup > Object Manager and search for the Package Configuration object. Next, click “Page Layouts” in the lefthand column and add the “Custom Data” field to the layout.
