Upgrading to the Latest Version of Events Rx

If you are upgrading to the newest release of Events Rx, use the package installation links below.

Note:

If you are installing Events Rx for the first time, go to the Introduction & Setup section.

Post-Upgrade Steps

Important:

To use Appointment Manager, these three ERX product releases are required: Events Rx 2023 Release 1, version 6.10, FormBuilder 2023 Release 1, version 6.20, and DXP 2023 Release 1, version 1.17. You will also need to contact Enrollment Rx to obtain licenses for your staff users.

Once the three above-referenced products are installed and licenses are allocated, follow these steps to enable user access to Appointment Manager.
