Most of our users receive access to the R.A.D. Navigator at the end of the implementation and training process. Our user guides are designed to help supplement this process but also to stand on their own.

About Events Rx

The Events Rx tool maximizes your ability to manage events, track invitations, build individual or group itineraries, collect registrations, and provide post-event communication and reporting.

Built on Native Salesforce Functionality

Your System Administrator can leverage Salesforce’s many features for working with Campaigns and Campaign Members.

Tip:

When we talk about "Events" in Events Rx, we mean "Campaigns," which are a native feature of Salesforce. Whenever the term Events is used in this guide, just know that it leverages the native Salesforce Campaign object. Read more about Events here.

Special functionality is also provided for managing series of Campus Visits and Activities so candidates can build a schedule of activities for their visit and receive an automatically generated itinerary.

In both cases, registration pages can be easily configured in a drag-and-drop user interface to make each event’s registration form ask for precisely the information required from the registrant for a particular event or visit.
