About Display Criteria Fields
Homepage Layout Display Criteria Detail

- The “Filter Logic” field works just like the “Filter Logic” field in a standard Salesforce List View. You combine the criteria you define on the rows below into a logical expression using “AND” and “OR” and parentheses.
- The “ORDER” column gives a serial number that you will use to reference each criterion row in the “Filter Logic” field.
- The “OBJECT” field can be set to “Contact” or "Application."
- The “FIELD” dropdown displays all the fields on the object, including Lookup fields.
- The “LOOKUP FIELD” dropdown is populated whenever a reference (lookup or master) field is selected in the “FIELD” dropdown. It displays all the fields on the object to which the reference field looks up.
- OPERATOR acts like any operator dropdown in Salesforce list views.
- The VALUE field offers a picker (magnifying glass icon) so you can pick precisely the values that are valid for any picklist or reference field.
Note:
Case Sensitivity — Always type “AND”, “OR” in Filter Logic and “TRUE”, “FALSE”
in the VALUE column when setting boolean values. Lowercase (“and”, “or”, “true”,
“false”) will not work. Also, when typing picklist values into the VALUE column, be
careful to match exactly the capitalization of the values as they are configured in the
picklist field you are working with.
