How to Find Your Current Version of FormBuilder

Steps to find your current version of FormBuilder in Salesforce

Go to Setup > Installed Packages
Click on the name of the Enrollment Rx: FormBuilder Rx package:

The details page will open showing the Version name and number:

You must be a Salesforce Admin to access Installed Package data.
