Version 2.7

Bug Fix

  • Fixed issue with related record duplicate matching not working in all scenarios, resulting in new records incorrectly being inserted.

Version 2.6

Action Item

  • Number of Duplicates is a new field on the Data Source object. Grant Read/Edit access for this field to any user that will be running the import.

Enhancements

  • Increased performance of Mapping Page to prevent time-out errors when loading a Data Source with many mappings.
  • Values in the Duplicate Matching Rules filter logic fields will automatically be capitalized upon saving.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed “View Details” link on Mapping Page not consistently redirecting to Data Source record.
  • Fixed formatting of Date and Date/Time type fields on Duplicate Review Screen.
  • On Data Source record, fields to show on Duplicate Review Screen are now displayed by field API to correct issue with some fields appearing twice.
  • Fixed issue with Duplicate Matching Rules when referencing a field on an object being looked up to. If you were affected by this issue, please re-save your Duplicate Matching Rules.

Version 2.5

Enhancements

  • The Import Data page will now display the Source value of Big Table records for which there is no Data Source or mappings. Such Big Tables will remain in the status of “New.”
  • Values in the Duplicate Matching Rules filter logic fields will automatically be capitalized upon saving.

Bug Fixes

  • Accommodate backslashes “\” in duplicate matching rules.
  • Removed “Attachment” object from Mapping Page. Importing attachments is not supported.

Enhancement

  • Allow importing to campaign members.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed bug when field was used multiple times in duplicate matching criteria with First Name Match operator and any other operator.
  • Fixed bug when field was used multiple times in duplicate matching criteria with Street Address Match operator and any other operator.
  • Added new error message when multiple child records are matched to the same existing record.
  • Fixed duplicate matching bug when using a date field and leaving the Value field blank, in order to compare to a null value (e.g., Birthdate Not Equal to Blank) . The page will now automatically put “null” in the Value field upon saving.

Enhancement

  • Added “Import Rx User Permissions” permission set.

Bug Fix

  • Fixes to First Name Match operator.

  • To prevent conflicts with the scheduled import, only custom Big Table fields may be used in mappings.
