2026 Release 1

Overview

2026 Release 1 introduces significant enhancements across FormBuilder Rx, DXP, and ERX Core. These updates focus on improving administrative flexibility, shopping cart functionality, user experience, and system efficiency.

ERX Core

• Bulk Record Cloning: You can now clone multiple Application records simultaneously directly from the Application list view. This enhancement improves efficiency by allowing teams to duplicate records in bulk rather than one at a time.
• Quick Access Panel Fix: We've resolved an issue that prevented the Quick Access Panel from displaying correctly on Application records when viewed in the Lightning Experience interface. This ensures all parts of your application records are visible and accessible as expected.

FormBuilder Rx

• Enhanced Security Controls: Improved object and field-level access handling to strengthen security and provide better alignment with Salesforce permission settings.
• Improved Keyword Handling: Enhanced processing of standard database keywords used in field names.
• Product Tagging Support (with DXP): Administrators can configure product tags that appear dynamically within Shopping Cart, improving product visibility and helping users quickly identify key product attributes.
• Shopping Cart Configuration Display Update: Improved the display of administrative elements on the Shopping Cart configuration screen for better usability in supported browsers.

DXP

Shopping Cart Enhancements

• Product List Sorting: A new Sort Order button allows you to sort products by
  • Title (A to Z),
  • Title (Z to A),
  • Price: Low to High, and
  • Price: High to Low.
• Configurable Product Display Fields: Administrators can now configure which product fields appear on the product list page versus the product detail page.
• Rich Text Product Descriptions: Product descriptions now support formatted rich text (bold, italics, bullet points, links, and more) for improved presentation.
• Shopping Cart Global Search: Global Search functionality allows you to search for products based on administrator-configured fields.
• Filtering and Deep Linking: The Shopping Cart supports dynamic URL updates, enabling filtered views and direct access to specific products via URL.
• Collapsible Shopping Cart Filters: Administrators can enable a collapsible filter panel on the Shopping Cart page, allowing users to expand or hide filter options as needed. This improves screen space usage and overall usability when browsing products.

Shopping Cart Guest Checkout

• Guest Checkout Support: Guest users can now complete standard product purchases without logging in. Guest checkout also supports applicable discount codes, providing a faster and more accessible purchasing experience.
• Post-Payment Registration: After successful payment, users can select “Register Yourself” to create an account using a configured registration page.
