Spring 2018 Upgrade Instructions
Follow the steps below to complete your Spring 2018 upgrade.
- There is a new checkbox field, IsSubmitted, on the Application Feedback object. Reader Rx automatically checks this box when the person reviewing an application clicks either the Submit button or Assign to Next Reviewer button.
- Edit the Application page layout and add the “IsSubmitted” field to the related list Application Feedbacks, so you can see at a glance if a feedback form has been submitted yet, like this:
- Click Save.
Note:
“Go To Application” now supports right-clicking to open the application in a new tab or window.
- The “Group” option in Reading Permissions is non-functional and should be removed.
- Go to the “Reading Permissions” tab and make sure there are no records with “Group” in the “Permissions Holder Type” field. If there are, delete them (they have always been non-functional, so you will experience no loss in functionality).
- In the Setup quick find, search for “Reading Permission”. You will find the Reading Permission object. Edit it and edit the field within it called “Permissions Holder Type” and delete the value “Group” like this:
