Setting Up Users & Queues
Creating Queues
To create a queue navigate to and click the New button. This will open the queue edit screen shown below.
- Give your queue a Label and a Name
- Under “Supported Objects”, select the object called “Application (Installed Package: Enrollment Rx: Enrollment Rx Core)”
- Under “Queue Members” add the users whom you want to comprise the queue, as shown here:
