Environment Analyzer
The Environment Analyzer provides an overall health summary of the selected FormBuilder Rx environment.
- Environment Health Score
- Total Pages
- Total Sections
- Total Fields
- Issues, Warnings, and Recommendations
- Page Health Distribution (Bar or Donut View)
Overview Tab
The Environment Analyzer Overview provides environment-level health information and key metrics. Use this view to get a high-level picture of the selected environment before reviewing individual pages, sections, objects, or fields.
The Overview includes:
- Environment Health Score
- Total Pages
- Total Sections
- Total Fields
- Issues, Warnings, and Recommendations
- Page Health Distribution in bar or donut view
All Pages Tab
The All Pages tab displays the pages in the selected environment and provides health and usage information for each page.
For each page, you can review:
- Health Score
- Status
- Sections
- Fields
- References
Use the search option to locate a page, or download the page information as a CSV file. To investigate an individual page in greater detail, select the View action to open the page in Page Analyzer.
All Sections Tab
The All Sections view displays sections across the selected environment. This view can help you understand how sections and their fields are distributed among FormBuilder Rx pages.
The view includes the following information:
- Page Name
- Section Name
- Display Name
- Order
- Total Fields
- Total References
You can search the section list and download the displayed information as a CSV file.
Objects and Fields Tab
The Objects & Fields view shows object and field usage across the selected environment. Use this information to identify which fields are referenced and the pages in which those fields are used.
The view includes:
- Object
- Field
- Total References
- Pages Using the Field
You can search for objects and fields or download the displayed information as a CSV file. Enable Advanced View to display the Object API and Field API names.
User Help and Analysis Results
Environment Analyzer uses health information and analysis rules to help administrators identify areas of an environment that may require further review. Issues, warnings, and recommendations are displayed as part of the environment analysis.
