FormAnalyzer
Overview
FormAnalyzer helps administrators evaluate the health and configuration of FormBuilder Rx environments and pages. It identifies configuration issues, highlights optimization opportunities, and provides recommendations that can help improve performance and maintainability.
As forms become more complex, reviewing every page and configuration manually can become difficult. FormAnalyzer provides tools to help administrators:
- Identify configuration issues.
- Find unused or unmapped dataset fields.
- Analyze page complexity.
- Review field, dataset, and section usage.
- Identify opportunities to improve page performance.
- Validate configurations before deployment.
FormAnalyzer Modules
Environment Analyzer provides an overall health summary of the selected FormBuilder Rx environment. Environment Analyzer includes environment-level metrics, health information, page and section usage, and object and field analysis.
Page Analyzer provides detailed analysis of an individual FormBuilder Rx page, including page health, settings, field usage, dataset usage, section usage, and identified issues, warnings, and recommendations.
Understanding FormAnalyzer Results
FormAnalyzer uses health scores and analysis rules to help administrators evaluate environment and page configurations.
Environment Analyzer includes an Environment Health Score and provides information about:
- KPI definitions
- Analysis rules
- Issues, Warnings, and Recommendations
Page Analyzer includes a Page Health Score and provides information about:
- Error rules
- Warning rules
- Recommendation rules
- Point deductions
Use the Help information available within each analyzer when you need additional information about how health scores and analysis results are calculated.
The Environment Analyzer and Page Analyzer may identify issues, warnings, and recommendations that can help administrators determine which areas of a configuration may require further review.
