Onboarding Wizard

Overview

The Onboarding Wizard is a step-by-step tool that helps you quickly set up a Digital Experience (Community), Force.com Site, or Salesforce Platform with pre-configured pages and branding. In this section of the guide, you'll find three tutorials on using the wizard to build these different types of environments (see menu links in the lefthand column).

Considerations and Limitations

• The Onboarding Wizard resets itself if you close the browser tab or window at any point after selecting an environment. Although your progress will be saved on the back end, you will not be able to return to the wizard to continue setting up the environment. Instead you'll need to complete your configuration manually using FormBuilder's Admin Panel (the FormBuilder Rx tab).
• Alternatively you may delete the environment from the Admin Panel and then restart from scratch by clicking the Start with FormBuilder Rx Wizard button.
• Using the Go to Advance Page Setup feature (the button is on the Page Preview screen), you'll need to add record criteria to ensure the page displays the correct record. Otherwise, any random record will be displayed in the preview.
