Post-Installation Verification

If you're using FormBuilder Rx with Events Rx, your Salesforce Admin should verify that the below custom settings are enabled for the Site Guest User Profile supporting Event Registration (typically referred to as "Event Listing" or something similar):
Custom Setting Definition

Enrollment Rx: Events Rx.ERx_Events.Events Rx

Custom Metadata Type

Enrollment Rx: Events Rx.ERx_Events.Time Zone And Abbreviation

If you're using DXP with FormBuilder Rx to support a portal experience, like an Applicant Portal, Student Portal, Parent Portal, Counselor Portal, or something similar, your Salesforce Admin should verify that this setting is enabled for the related Site Guest User Profile:
Permission Set ERxFB_Sites

Where to verify (or configure, if needed) these settings

The following instructions assume the Enhanced Profile User Interface (UI) is disabled in Salesforce, which is the default setting. If it's enabled in your org, the Event Listing Site Guest User Profile page will look similar to the below screenshot, and the relevant settings can be found in the Apps section.
Tip:
The Enhanced Profile UI is located in Setup > User Management Settings.

Steps

  1. Go to Setup.
  2. Type "Sites" in the Quick Find box.
  3. Click Sites under User Interface > Sites and Domains.

  4. On the Sites page, click the Event Listing site label.

  5. On the Event Listing Site Details page, click the Public Access Settings button. This will take you to the Profile page.

  6. In the link group at the top of the Event Listing Profile page you'll find options for Enabled Custom Metadata Type Access and Enabled Custom Setting Definitions Access.

  7. Starting with Enabled Custom Metadata Type Access, hover over the link and click the Edit button.

    Tip:
If the settings appear when you hover over the respective links, you don't need to take further action. Example:

  8. Move Enrollment Rx: Events Rx.ERx_Events.Time Zone And Abbreviation from Available to Enabled and click Save.

  9. Repeat steps 7 and 8 with Enabled Custom Setting Definitions Access and Enrollment Rx: Events Rx.ERx_Events.Events Rx.
Tip:
If you have not yet configured the Event Listing profile for your site, follow the instructions on this page. It includes information on assigning Permission Sets in "The Site Guest User Profile" section.
