About 2025 Release 1

Overview

This release introduces a redesigned user interface for the FormBuilder Rx tab, and a new FormBuilder Rx Onboarding Wizard, which enables you quickly build new environments related to Digital Experiences (Communities), Force.com Sites, and Internal Salesforce Platform Environments.

Release Enhancements

  • All components have been upgraded to be compatible with Salesforce’s Winter ‘25 API version. By leveraging Salesforce’s latest API, v62.0, FormBuilder Rx components are optimized for performance and are compatible with new Education Cloud, Non Profit Cloud, Sales, Service, and Community Cloud objects and fields.
  • New “placeholder text” for date field types.
  • Removed displaying “Required Message” on Virtual Fields prior to being populated.
  • Enhanced the use and configuration of a PURL, personalized URL, to support a Visit Registration page using FormBuilder Rx.
  • New ability to dynamically hide the “Submit Registration” button based on form inputs.
  • The following enhancements are included as well:
    • Complex picklist field dependency not resetting to default state based on criteria rendering.
    • Registration page submission when matched to an existing Contact.
    • Mailing country and state picklist value rendering along with the use of standard Salesforce Country/State picklists.
    • Visit waitlist registration submission.
    • Submit button rendering & redirecting on FormBuilder Visit Registration pages.
