Summer 2020 Post-Installation Instructions

Please follow these important steps after installing Import Rx Summer '20

After installation, you'll need to modify Duplicate Rules in which Oldest/Newest operators are applied.

The Mapping page will show an icon (refer to the image below) for the Data Sources that require modification in Duplicate Rules.

Navigate to that data source, and you will see the Duplicate Matching Rules button shown in red, which means modification is required. After modification, the button color will change to blue.

When you click the red Duplicate Matching Rules button, a new popup will appear. Because the operator of “Newest” and “Oldest” has been removed, the rule you had been using needs to be updated using filter criteria.

To replicate your previous duplicate rule, as an example, delete your rule that now has the missing operator and add it to the filter, as shown in the image below.

To update, click the Trash icon and then add it to the order of execution section as shown below.
