Appointment Registration

Overview

A form interface allows External Constituents to set up one-on-one appointments with Staff Users. After submission, a contact record and appointment record linked to the slot will be created in Salesforce, and that slot will be removed from the public calendar.

Duplicate Rules

New Contact Yes Use matching record - Registration done & new contact will get created
Existing Contact Yes Use matching record Yes Registration done & new contact will get created with different first/last name with existing contact mail ID. Thus in the system there will be two contacts with the same Email ID.
New Contact Yes Display message - Registration done & new contact created
Existing Contact Yes Display message - Error
