Visit Registration Page

The Activity Series can be viewed by two ways:

• By Time Slot
• By Activity

By Timeslot View

By Activity View

• If any Activity Series has been made required then on Visit Registration page it will have red(*).
• If Maximum registrations for an activity series have been made, then that activity series will be shown as greyed out and with the notation “(Full)” in red.
• Registration for two activities for which time slots overlap is not allowed. When the user clicks the second one, the first one becomes unchecked.
• Registration for an activity series for same day two times is not allowed.
• After Successful Registration for a Visit the following message appears.

• Upon successful registration a visit record will get created.
• If all the activities have reached their capacity the following message appears when user tries to register for that visit.

• If any Required activity reaches capacity the following message appears when user tries to register for that day.
