Visitor Lists

Visitor Lists (also called “Table Configurations”) allows you to format data into a table for use in page layouts for Visits, Visit Series and Event Series, and also in customizable email templates for sending itineraries and activity rosters to visitors and activity leaders, respectively.

Configure the Custom Setting

In the custom setting called “Events Rx”, there is a field labeled “Campus Table Objects” which determines which objects can be configured in the Visitor Lists Panel.

This field should contain the objects “ERx_Events__Visit__c” and “ERx_Events__Appointment__c”. This will allow tables to be created for the Visit and Appointment objects, which is necessary to generate an itinerary and roster.
