Incorrect Feedback Form Fields
Overview
Check automation associated with assigning a feedback record type
Issue
If an application reviewer isn’t seeing the right feedback form fields, the admin should check the automation associated with assigning a feedback record type.
Feedback record types are typically assigned through a workflow rule, which will provide the correct set of fields to fill out for the reviewer.
Solution
Step 1
Navigate to Setup and type in “workflow” in the search box.
Step 2
Navigate to the workflows for the Application Feedback object as shown, and click on
the one that impacts the record in question (for example a Grad Evaluator got
assigned the wrong feedback).


In the below example, the Graduation Feedback Type is assigned when application
program equals Masters:


The record in question was assigned to the graduate queue, but had the Academic Level
of PHD. So either the workflow needs to be modified to include PHD and the
application gets updated to assign, or the correct academic level needs to be
assigned.
