Troubleshooting standard objects not available in the page data set

Issue

When adding a data set to a page, it is possible you won’t see certain Salesforce Standard Objects as an option. In this example, the Appointment and Appointment Location objects do not show:

Solution

When standard objects are not available on the FormBuilder Rx admin panel within the page data set, please use the following steps for troubleshooting.

Note:

This requires a client to be on FormBuilder Summer ’21 version 6.3.6 or or later.

Step 1

Navigate to Settings > Custom Settings > Do Not Include Objects API List

Add the SelfServiceUser object in Do Not Include Objects API List custom settings.

Step 2

Navigate to Settings > Custom Settings > FormBuilder Std Objects API List. From there, add the desired standard objects API in the FormBuilder Std Objects API List custom settings.

Step 3

Return to the FormBuilder Rx page configuration and click the Refresh Objects button. The Standard Objects will appear.
