FormGuard Activity and End User Experience

FormGuard can evaluate a public or community-facing FormBuilder Rx page on page load, on a selected submit behavior, or both, depending on the rule configuration.

Allow, Challenge, and Block Flow

The combined FormGuard score is evaluated against the configured Protection Mode ranges to determine the action applied to the request.

Outcome	What the End User Sees	System Behavior
Allow	The form or next step displays normally.	The end user continues and the normal page action runs.
Challenge	A reCAPTCHA security screen is displayed.	After successful verification, the page or submission continues. Failed or incomplete verification does not continue.
Block	The configured block message or error-style screen is displayed.	The protected action stops. The incident should appear in Live Guard Activity.

End User Validation Sequence

Use the following sequence to validate Allow, Challenge, and Block behavior on a public FormBuilder Rx page.

1. Open the public FormBuilder Rx URL in a private or incognito browser.
2. Complete a normal registration and confirm Allow behavior.
3. Configure a single controlled rule score so that the total enters the Challenge range. Save the change and enable Live.
4. Reproduce the rule condition and confirm that the reCAPTCHA screen appears on the expected page-load or submit event.
5. Complete reCAPTCHA and confirm that the end user can continue.
6. Change the rule score or Protection Mode range so that the same condition enters Block.
7. Reproduce the condition and confirm that the configured block message is displayed and that the protected action stops.
8. Refresh Live Guard Activity and confirm that the incident, time, score, action, IP address, country, details, and associated record information are correct.
9. Restore the approved configuration and complete a final normal registration.
