Social Login

Overview

To configure the Social Login, navigate to the FormBuilder Rx tab, choose an Environment, click the Login Configuration tab, and click the Social Login button. This dialog will pop up:

The Social Apps you choose will appear as buttons on the login and registration pages like this:

When the user clicks one of these buttons to register, they will be registered using the first name, last name and email address stored in their social media account.

Bypass Required Registration Fields

The checkbox “Bypass required registration fields” allows users to register using their social media credentials even if there are required fields on the registration page other than name and email. If the box is not checked and there are custom required fields on the registration page, then the user will still need to register through the normal registration form, but we will pre-populate their name and email address from the social media account.

Protected Social Email Address

If a user has protected their social media email address on their social apps we will show a message saying: "Your privacy settings do not allow us to access your email address, so this login method is not available." In this case the user will need to use the regular registration form.
