Instructions for upgrading profiles of non-System Administrator Admins

New custom fields

Several new custom fields have been added to FormBuilder Rx.

Here are the new fields:

Field Name	Object Name
Gender	Contact
ReCaptcha Secret Key	Env
ReCaptcha Site Key	Env
SF Platform Profiles	Env
Create a Tab	Erx Page
Is ERx Pre-Configured Page?	Erx Page
Tab Label	Erx Page
Tab Order	Erx Page
Validation Rules	Erx Page

Users with the “System Administrator” profile automatically get access to these fields during the upgrade process. Also, Community and Site Guest Users get access to these fields via Permission Sets included in the upgrade.

What you may need to do

If your FormBuilder administrator(s) have profiles other than System Administrator, you will need to give their profiles Read and Edit access to the above fields by editing each profile. To do this, go to Setup > Profiles > [Name of Profile]... and from that point, do one of the following:

If You're Using the Older Profile Editing Screen

Go to Setup > Profiles > [Name of Profile] > Custom Field-Level Security > [Object Name] and check the boxes next to the [Field Names]

OR, If You're Using the Enhanced Profile User Interface

Go to Setup > Profiles > [Name of Profile] > Object Settings > [Object Name] > Field Permissions and check the boxes next to the [Field Name]
