Scheduled Jobs Tab
The Scheduled Jobs tab contains the back end records that are created from the Schedule Import tab. These records should never be manually edited. However, for completed schedules they may be deleted if the historical information is not of any use. Deleted records will also be removed from the “Schedules” section of the Import Data tab. The Status field provides information as to where the job is in its progression:
- Not Started — First run has not yet finished
- Running — First run has occurred, last run has not yet finished
- Completed — All scheduled runs for the job have been completed
- Aborted — The job has been cancelled
The Run Results object holds the results of each run for a particular Schedule.
