Sharing of Feedback

Overview

The System Administrator can control who sees which previous reviews in the “Other Reviews” panel at the bottom of the Reader Interface. This is done with Sharing Settings on the Application Feedback object. Sharing Settings are Salesforce’s standard mechanism for controlling access at the record level.

How to Create a Sharing Rule

The following process is used to create sharing rules.

1. Go to the Setup menu and search for Sharing Settings in the sidebar. Click the Sharing Settings link.
2. Select object name (ApplicationFeedback) on which sharing rules are to be applied.
   
   
3. Create a new sharing rule by clicking the New button.
   
   
4. Fill out the sharing rule information, such as criteria for sharing and users to share with.
