Guest User Access with Allow Object Access
FormBuilder Rx 2026 Release 2 uses Allow Object Access (AOA) to provide the object access required for public FormBuilder Rx pages. Salesforce administrators should grant only the access required for the applicable public use case.
Below is a recommendation of a “typical” applicable Site Guest User supporting an Account/Contact model related to a force.com site page:

ERX Core Automation Permissions
When ERX Core automations are invoked from FormBuilder Rx, configure a guest sharing rule for Package Configuration for the applicable Site Guest User profile.
Also grant the required ERX Core AOA access for the following objects:
- TouchPoint
- Touchpoint Configuration
- Touchpoint Configuration Set
Installation Remediation
In organizations with large or complex metadata, an installation or upgrade can fail when a post-install script encounters an unexpected condition. FormBuilder Rx 2026 Release 2 provides a controlled remediation path that allows administrators to skip automatic post-install execution, reinstall the package, and then run and validate post-install processing manually.
