How to Grant Enrollment Rx Support Access to Your Salesforce Environment

Why would Enrollment Rx Support need access to my Organization?

Enrollment Rx Support may ask you to Grant Login Access in order to assist you with a question, issue, or request if we do not have an active user account. This is so that Support can log into Salesforce using your user account to troubleshoot and fix issues stemming from your inquiry.

How to Grant Login Access for Enrollment Rx Support

Salesforce Lightning Experience

  1. Log in to Salesforce
  2. In the upper right corner of the page, click your image (avatar) and then click Settings
  3. In the “Quick Find” search field, enter “Grant” and click Grant Account Login Access
  4. Set the Access Duration option to Enrollment Rx Support (e.g., 3 days or 1 week)
  5. Click Save

Salesforce Classic

  1. Log in to Salesforce
  2. In the upper right corner of the page, click My Settings (or click your name, then click My Settings)
  3. In the “Quick Find” search field, enter “Grant” and click Grant Account Login Access
  4. Set the Access Duration option to Enrollment Rx Support (e.g., 3 days or 1 week)
  5. Click Save
