Troubleshooting

Emails will be sent to the address listed in the “Admin Settings” record of the Formbuilder Settings custom setting whenever a community or site user encounters an error. The email will contain information about the cause of the error.

Important:
It is crucial that the system administrator receive these emails immediately upon their being sent.

Portal Package Logger records are created whenever an error condition occurs in FormBuilder. They are an aid in troubleshooting.
