About Application Object Configuration

Overview

ERX Core is “Object Agnostic”, allowing an Admin to use whatever objects best suit your workflow.

Core’s default Application object, whose API name is EnrollmentrxRx__Enrollment_Opportunity__c, comes pre-configured to serve as the application in Core, but this feature allows an admin to choose any custom object (or the standard Salesforce Opportunity object) to play the role of the Application, replacing the default EnrollmentrxRx__Enrollment_Opportunity__c. In addition, the admin can choose any custom objects to play the role of a Requirement Item Objects (RIOs)—that is, objects that contain Application Checklist items.
