Automatic Creation of Application Record

When a contact is created or updated to meet the criteria defined in this section, an application is created—if one doesn’t already exist for the contact.

In this screenshot, we have defined a criteria that an Application record should be created when RecordTypeID of the Contact record is equal to Erx_Prospect/Applicant.

Note:

The Criteria fields available in the picklist are those in the Contact object’s fieldset called ErxCoreAdminPanelFields. You can add whatever fields you like to this fieldset and then use them to define criteria.
