Automatic Creation of Account Record

When a contact is inserted and meets the criteria defined in this section, an Account record is automatically created and made the primary account for the Contact—provided the Contact does not already have a primary Account. By default the Account record is named "[Contact LastName] Administrative Account."

In this screenshot, we have defined a criteria that an Account record should be created when RecordTypeID of the Contact record is equal to Erx_Prospect/Applicant.

Note:

The Criteria fields available in the picklist are those in the Contact object’s field set called ErxCoreAdminPanelFields. You can add whatever fields you like to this field set and then use them to define criteria.
